Excepting and reserving however the portion of said premises sold to Geo. P. Rand by deed recorded in Niagara County Clerk’s Office in Liber 106 of Deeds at page 228, the same being twenty six and eight tenths [26 8-10] feet front on Webster street and eighty [80] feet deep on Goundry street.
