Long, Benjamin (1787-1859).per

Born and married in Pennsylvania, Benjamin Long and Mary (Hershey) Long come to Western New York in 1828, to settle on property Mary's father had left her on the Mile Strip Reservation. In 1830 the devout couple move into their new home--now the Long Homestead Historical Museum.
