Do hereby Certify, That a certain Indenture of [sic] bearing date the 8th day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven, made and executed by Eugene De Kleist of North Tonawanda, Niagara County, New York, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara in Liber 12 of Miscellaneous Records page 565 on the 5th day of August 1897, at 10³⁰ o’clock A.M.
Is redeemed, paid off, satisfied and discharged.

Cadwell, whose name is subscribed to the proof or acknowledgment of the annexed instrument in writing, was at the time of taking such proof or acknowledgment a Commissioner of Deeds for the City of Buffalo in said County, duly commissioned, sworn and authorized to take the same; and further, that I am well acquainted with his handwriting, and verily believe that the signature to the said proof or acknowledgment is genuine; and further that the annexed instrument is executed and acknowledged according to the laws of the State of New York.
